Determatologist and Skin Specialist always remind us not to pop your acne zit because it will leave scar to your skin and the acne skin will become much more worst. But, in certain situations sometimes the acne really annoying you that you need to pop the acne out of your skin. So, I would to share a simple tips today on how to pop you acne skin pimple zit using the correct technique.
First, make sure you wash your hand with clean water. Make sure you hand is clean before you can pop the acne. It is much more better if you wash your hand with anti-bacterial soap products. This is to make sure that the acne that you have just pop will not get infected by the bacteria from your hand. So, wash your hand first.
And then, take a small handkerchief or a small towel and immerse it with warm water. And then, rinse the towel and let it cool a bit before you apply it to the infected acne skin. After that, put the towel around your acne pimples area for 5 to 6 minutes.
Why did we use hot/warm water? This is because hot water will make the fill in the acne to come up to your skin surface which will make it much more easier for us to pop the acne skin. Before you pop the pimples, cover your fingers with a clean tissue and push on the acne skin area carefully.
If the acne fill in your skin still doesn’t popped out, try to pinch it from a different side. Avoid from pinch the acne to the above area because it will make injured the wall of your skin pore and this will make the acne hard to disappeared.
After the acne skin fill popped out, clean up the area around that acne with towel that you have dip in antiseptic solution or any suitable face soap. But, beware if you have tried several time but the acne skin fill doesn’t popped out, stop doing it. This is because the acne still is still green and not ripe yet. If you still doing it, it will leave a scar and a red mark on your face skin.
