The Acne on our skins occur happen when the follicles or also known as the pores get blocked. The surfaced which the sebum (oil) existed got blocked and this caused bacteria begins to grow at the acne skin. Because of this, the microcomedone which are both whiteheads and blackheads will start to appear at your skin and become acne skin.
Acne of skin can be divided into two types which:
1) Non-inflammatory acne
2) Inflammatory acne
1) Non-Inflammatory acne
This is the type of acne that mostly people likely experience. Commonly, people referred it as blackheads or whiteheads.
Blackheads happen when the hair follicle (pores) is open but the pore that blocken by the oil is visible and turned dark which is caused by the contact with the air. While whiteheads happen when the pore is closed off and it turned white.
2) Inflammatory acne
Inflammatory acne skin can be a really big problem. It usually exist in your face or around your body. Inflammationary acne usually happen becaused the responsed form the immune system that detect threat such as virus in our body. This bacteria is the invader that caused acne. Usually, Inflammatory acne is red in color, swelling and elevated skin temeperature in the inflamed area. Lesions is the three different types of inflammatory acne.
The closed lesions is similar to whitehead but the different is, it inflamed which know as papule. Another type of inflammatory acne skin lesion is pustules that occur when on the skin surface, the papule begins to rupture. The dead white blood cells (pus) which have been figthing the infection is the visible part of the pustule on the acne skin. Nodules which erupt under the skin surface occur when when the pustules erupt towards the skin surface.

it is very difficult to follow them, well according to me, one should try anti ageing cream.
Yes its possible to do naturaly, but it will surely help the casue lot.
