Fruits are a really good source of vitamins. In order to reduce acne problems, you need to take a lots of vitamins from fruits. So, today I am going to lists 11 types of fruits that can be used for your homemade acne skin care treatments. Consume them constantly into your diets and you can see the improvement and reduction of acne in your skin.

1) Apples
Eat three to four apples per day while working to heal your acne skin problem. Apples are excellent for skin care treatments and also a good source of homemade acne treatments. Eat at least twice a day. Eat organic apples since you can eat the skins and most pectin is in the skin, which helps with in reducing acne problems. Apples have ascorbic acid, bioflavonoids, fiber, pectin, quercetin, minerals, and vitamins.

2) Apricots
Eat as lots of apricots as you want. In order to help control acne skin problem, apricots are a high source of minerals, fiber, and beta-carotene. Consuming apricots into your diets can improve your skin health and slowly reducing your acne skin problem.

3) Bananas
Eat only one banana per day. Phytochemcial fructoOligosaccharides, which feeds the good bacterial in your colon, exist in banana. By feeding the good bacteria, you avoid the bad bacteria from overtaking the colon and produce toxic acids that create the acne skin problem.

4) Blackberries

    I pratically eat an apples a day an it do help improve my face skin.
    although there is still some small acne & blackheads still exist,
    but I really agree with you that we need to eat it constantly :)

    I would to try eating organic apples.
    Maybe it is not as sweet as the apple that I ate everyday, but I heard that it is much more healthier and contain much more vitamins in it.
